I'm a photographer in Tucson, Arizona and the Sonoran Desert is a beautiful and diverse place to live. More than 100 reptiles, 2,000 native plants, 60 mammals, and 350 birds call this desert home, not only surviving here, but thriving — as long as their habitats remain intact.
I live in Tucson Arizona and I’ve been a hobbyist photographer for over 20 years. I love landscapes and animals and the occasional artistic shot. My camera gear is a Canon 5D Mark 4 and a Canon 7D Mark 2 and have several lenses in my bag. You’ll mostly see me out and about during monsoon season or overcast skies. While most of you love clear blue skies, I love the rare cloud!
Summer photography, because of the monsoon season, really starts to fuel my creativity and motivation. During the winter months, we get very wispy clouds that tend to create amazing motion in the skies. These clouds often make great backdrops for subjects.
